We would love to teach you how to become an excellent teacher in this beautiful practice yourself. Yin yoga is a passive, nourishing form of yoga, helping us to open up our heart, calming our nervous system, and providing a space for the body to deeply relax’. Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. This is done by poses that stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.

This Yin Yoga Teacher Training program will give you a deep understanding of how the body functions physically and energetically. You will be able to see and respond to people, their bodies, and their potential. Moreover, you will learn about: bones, muscles, fascia, joints, movements, organs and connective tissue, chakra’s, chi, meridians and meridian pathways, pranayama and meditation.
With this knowledge, you will be able to create personalised and therapeutic Yin Yoga classes suited for everyone’s physical and energetic needs. You can register as certified 200-hrs. Yoga Teacher at Yoga Alliance after successfully completing this training.

Anastasia Kostner is an Italian dancer and movement researcher/practitioner and professional Rolfer (Structural Integration). Working as a therapist, she is specialised around the topic of fascia (connective tissue). She also gives masterclasses and seminars in this area of expertise.

Foundations of Yoga Philosophy and Buddhism
As lead trainer of the TULA Vinyasa yoga TTC Moena brings a lot of experience to the table. Her masterclass is a unique addition to this Yin Yoga training and is nowhere else to be found.
