The Foundational Sequencing Course
Addressing one of the most popular topics in the yoga profession, this program will provide you with the tools to develop and deliver meaningful, authentic and effective yoga classes for you and your students. It will teach you how to create effective sequences for certain posture categories, including salutations with variations, standing poses, balance poses, twists, backbends, hip openers, forward bends, and restorative poses, core awakeners.
Our senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer Marlene Henny, has developed this method for creating your own class sequences. This course is NOT about memorizing already made sequences, as so many teacher trainings encourage. Instead, it is about understanding the fundamental energetic building blocks and building sequences in a sustainable way.
The complete sequencing course consists of two modules: The Foundational Sequencing Course (level 1) and The Art of Sequencing (level 2) which contain 34 hours of theory and practice training. The Art of Sequencing is a follow-up to this Foundational Sequencing course and is scheduled on the 16th ad 17th of November. You are welcome to join either both courses or just one.

What others say about this training
Jacqueline ~ I was attracted to Marlene’s vinyasa sequencing course since I was already practising with her ‘on-line’ back home in the UK via the Eckhart Yoga site. I was not disappointed. Marlene was thorough in her teaching and her morning vinyasa sessions were just delicious. The course was a good mixture of theory and practice and what I loved the most was that she helped me to really understand that less can be more and the power and benefit of repetition and to fully understand WHY we do certain poses in a certain order. I feel that I came away with a greater understanding of how to craft a more intelligent yoga session and my students are already commenting on the difference. Thank you so much!”
Anne ~ “Coming from an Ashtanga Yoga teacher training this course was a real eye-opener for me. I feel much more confident to build my own balanced and creative sequence. After my first class after this course, different students came up to me to tell me how much they enjoyed the class and that they felt I was teaching in a much more balanced and calm way!”
Theresia ~ “The yoga sequencing course by Marlene Henny is very well structured, based on deep knowledge, experience and most important its fun and it all comes together on the last day. For me personally: I have a much better understanding of the principles of sequencing and so much more fun in sequencing a class – Big hug!”
